Sunnyside sits atop a bench above the historic town of Telluride, Colorado. The exceptional improvements include a gated entry, paved roads and driveways, underground utilities (phone, gas, electric) and a central water system.
A large-acreage, low-density subdivision west of Mountain Village and Ski Ranches, no more than ten minutes from downtown Telluride and close to the airport.
A roughly 125-acre development set aside by the Idarado Mining Company in 2004, sitting between the Town of Telluride and the box canyon along the San Miguel River. Home sites back up to canyon walls and offer unparalleled views of Ingram Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and the box canyon. The HOA maintains Liberty Bell and Pandora Lanes as private roads and stewards the Idarado Trail, a public interpretive path along the historic mining train route, along with a private trail on Royer Creek.
Cornerstone Colorado is a 6,000 acre master planned community located on the Uncompahgre Plateau outside of Montrose, Colorado. A low-density subdivision of about 30 lots located directly south of the Ski Ranches, roughly ten minutes from town and five minutes from the Mountain Village core. As the first development undertaken by the Benchmark group, it features large, private parcels averaging 5.3 acres, along with private tennis courts as a shared amenity.
A small residential community in the town of Telluride, built near the entrance to the Bear Creek Trail. Homes are set against a steep hillside, giving residents quick access to hiking, downtown Telluride, and the ski resort.
A newer riverside residential community in Ridgway built along the Uncompahgre River on roughly 4.3 acres. The development comprises 38 for-sale units — flats and townhouses — across ten buildings. It includes a mixed-use building with commercial space for restaurants and cafes, shared common areas, and a new river walk trail connecting to downtown Ridgway's shops.
A small, later-phase subdivision of 20 custom residential parcels on the east end of the Town of Telluride, marketed as "the last residential lots in the Town of Telluride." Lots are terraced and graded into the hillside to maximize views across the Telluride box canyon, Bear Creek, and the ski area, with planning documents referencing careful integration with existing contours and vegetation plus open-space and trail elements.
